Do I need to be home during my scheduled service?
For trash bin cleaning and pressure washing services you don’t need to be home. Just make sure your bins or service areas are accessible on your scheduled day.
For air filter delivery and/or services, we will schedule delivery and service as some one 18+ will need to be home. (Weekend service available.)

Why is professional trash bin cleaning important?
Trash bins contain approx. 411 million bacteria per square inch and liquids that leak through trash bags promote mold growth, leading to bad odors and attracting pests. Professional cleanings kills germs and sanitizes bins, making outdoor spaces safer for families and pets.
Why isn’t rainwater or a hose effective for cleaning trash bins?
Rainwater can further contaminate bins by carrying pollutants. While a hose can loosen debris, it does not eliminate bacteria, mold, or odors from trash bins.
What method does Major Bins use to clean and sanitize trash bins?
We use high-pressure, high-temperature water exceeding 200 degrees to disinfect, sanitize, and remove foul oders form your bins, then apply an eco-friendly deodorizer to leave bins smelling fresh.
Do you use harsh chemicals?
No, our cleaning process uses eco-friendly methods that are safe for people, pets, and the environment.
How does bin cleaning service work?
After your scheduled garbage pick up, we arrive at your home curbside and clean your trash bins (you do not need to be home). Once we have cleaned your bins, we pull the bins up to your gate so they are not left on the street.
What happens if my bins aren’t out when you arrive?
We’ll only complete cleanings when bins are available and accessible. It is the customers responsibility ensure bins are left out. However, we do send a reminder the day before reminding you that service is due and trash bins need to be left out. (To ensure our customers get service as scheduled, a service fee may be charged for return visit due to trash bins not left out.)

Do you clean commercial dumpsters too?
Yes. We provide scheduled dumpster cleaning for businesses, HOAs, and property managers to maintain clean and sanitary waste areas.
Do you offer pricing online?
