Welcome to Major Bins! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Major Bins provides professional trash bin cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. Our services are available on a monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, or one-time basis, each with its own service commitment.

Service Plans

Monthly Service: Requires a 3 visit minimum. Early cancellation before the third cleaning may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the remaining minimum services.

Bi-Monthly Service: Requires a 3 visit minimum. Early cancellation before the third cleaning may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the remaining minimum services.

Quarterly Service: Requires a 3 visit minimum. Early cancellation before the third cleaning may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the remaining minimum services.

One-Time Service: No ongoing commitment. Payment is due upon setup of service.

2. Scheduling and Access

Customers must ensure trash bins are empty and accessible on the scheduled cleaning day. If access is restricted (e.g., locked gates, cans not curbside) or trash bins not empty, the service may be skipped with no refund will be issued.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to service but may vary depending on the type of service. We accept all credit/debit cards.

For recurring customers, if payment is not made when due or the payment method fails, we reserve the right to pause future services until the outstanding balance is resolved.


4. Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority at Major Bins. If you're unsatisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

Note: If your bins have grime buildup and have not been cleaned recently (or have never been cleaned), it may take a few cleanings to break down the buildup. A routine plan may be best to help ensure your bins stay clean. 

No refunds will be provided for missed services due to inaccessible or unprepared bins.

Cancellations before completing the required minimum number of cleanings in monthly, bimonthly or quarterly plans may result in a charge equal to the cost of the remaining cleanings.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee equal to forfeiture of that cleaning.

6. Changes to Terms

Major Bins reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Major Bins is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. If your bins are damaged call your waste management company to inquire about a replacement. While we take great care in our work, we are not responsible for damage resulting from the pre-existing condition of bins or surroundings.
